76 -73 Stepping Up.

According to my basic maths training, if you have 73 doughnuts and some nice boxes that can each hold 7 doughnuts, how many nice boxes can you fill with those doughnuts? Well, 10 remainder 3. So that is 10 full boxes with three doughnuts left over, which are best eaten quickly. That is, remarkably how many weeks there are until Ride100. This means that most participants will now have undertaken the training regime advised by the organisers of said ride.

Consequently, I have stepped up the training this week on the shiny bike.
I am also keeping a keen eye on what I eat. Here are some typical foods I get through in a week:
